“David sold my home in one day for $5,000 more than my asking price.” I owned two homes in the same community and needed to sell one. I had lived in it previously and now rented it, but was having renter difficulties and decided to sell. The market was getting soft & I was worried if I could sell at all. After the renters left, David went through the house with me and suggested I make some minor, inexpensive repairs to make it more marketable. A week later I put this home on the market on a Friday afternoon, and David had a qualified buyer and a signed purchase agreement by noon on Saturday! He had immediately called his list of buyers who were interested in this type of property, and had a showing Friday night, and they made the offer Saturday morning at $5,000 over what I wanted for it. I still watch the market in the area since I have a home nearby and no one has sold a similar home for more than what I received, and many have been on the market for months. Thank you David!
